It has been a great start to the term in Year 5! In English, they've set sail on an adventure with their new text 'The Explorer' and have even become literary detectives by comparing the characters. Maths whizzes have aced their geometry topic, proving their skills with shapes and angles. Science is buzzing with the exploration of life cycles and reproduction – prepare for some fascinating life journeys. History buffs have been captivated by the secrets of the census, learning how this information paints a picture of the past and even helps us plan for the future. And to top it all off, they've begun their artistic journey into the world of fashion design, taking visual notes on two inspiring designers. It's safe to say, Year 5 are curious explorers in every subject!
