Looking Ahead to 2025 - 2026
As we prepare to welcome students back for the new academic year, we do so with excitement, purpose, and a renewed commitment to our shared values at Sancho College.
This year, we encourage every student to dream big and aim high. Whether it's achieving a personal best, applying for a leadership role, or taking on a new challenge, we will be a college that believes in the limitless potential of every learner. Ambition isn’t just about achievement – it's about having the courage to try, to grow, and to lead with confidence.
Integrity
We will continue to build a culture where honesty, fairness, and doing the right thing are celebrated. Integrity means owning our choices, treating others with dignity, and being dependable when it counts most. At Sancho, we lift each other up through trust and accountability – because character always matters.
Every student is a scholar. This year, we will push for academic excellence, not just through results, but through curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning. Whether it’s in the lab, on the sports field, or in the library, we will strive for depth, focus, and a hunger to know more. Our learning will be active, reflective, and meaningful.
Respect will remain at the heart of everything we do – for ourselves, for each other, and for our community. This year we will continue to celebrate our diversity, listen before we speak, and create classrooms and corridors where every voice is valued. We’ll show up on time, speak kindly, and take pride in our shared environment.
There will be challenges – but at Sancho College, we face them with strength. We’ll bounce back, learn from setbacks, and support one another through tough times. Resilience is not about never falling, but about rising stronger each time we do. This year, we’ll grow our grit, embrace the uncomfortable, and keep moving forward – together.
This academic year is full of opportunity, discovery, and purpose. By living out our values of Ambition, Integrity, Scholarship, Respect, and Resilience, we will continue to shape a school community we are proud to belong to.
Let’s make 2025–2026 a year to remember – not just for what we achieve, but for who we become.
We are Sancho. We are ready.
We wish you a happy, healthy and safe summer holiday and look forward to welcoming you all in September!
