Coffee

(smell the buzz)

The first half of "Coffee & Cosmetics" focuses on -EVERYTHING- coffee. Some students are coffee fanatics and some don't even know how to order a cup of black coffee, but there are lots of things for students to learn.

We start with asking students what they want to learn and balance class lectures and activities to focus on their interests. Spring 2021 students wanted to know more about roasting, environmental impacts, and how to start a small business. Fall 2022 students were all about learning how to make the perfect cup of joe.

What will your class focus on? Sign up this spring!
