Welcome to Soccer Intramurals!

We are pleased to offer Soccer Intramurals program at Bayshore School (Boys and Girls Grades 5-7 only).  This program is designed for students who are eager to develop their Soccer skills and prepare for future competitive opportunities in a Growth Mindset atmosphere. Please read this information carefully if you are interested in participating. More information and all forms can be found at the

Participation Requirements 

To participate in the intramurals team, all students must submit the following three forms: 

* District Acknowledgement Consent & Release Form 

* Physical Examination Form 

* Participation Parental Approval Form 

These forms must be on file before students can participate in school activities. 

Students need to attend all practices and games. If there will be an unavoidable absence, please notify the coaches via email with as much advance notice as possible. 

Practice Pickup: Please park in the loop at the front of the school or in the parks and rec lot across the street and pick up your student from the front door at 3:00pm. Please have your yellow car tag or your driver's license.

*Shin Guards (plastic)

*Black Athletic Shorts without pockets

*Solid Color Shirt (Boys- Black Shirt, Girls- White Shirt)

*Rubber Stud Cleats (no metal)

*Water Bottle
