Independent learning

find out what we do

ilearn introduction

ilearn is a team of fun and friendly experts who can offer you plenty of support to help you achieve your personal goals both at college and in your next steps.

Developing your independent skills is our main goal. We run your library & LRC spaces, but we also do so much more. You can have 1-2-1 chats with one of our mentors, read some of our helpful materials, play interactive learning games and win prizes in one of our competitions!

Independent skills are the tools you use to help improve your college work as well as your life skills. Your teachers are the experts in your academic subject and topics, and we can help with all the other stuff that fits around that: how to format an essay, how to be awesome at giving presentations, using Google Docs to work with friends on projects, thinking about what dangers lurk on the internet, how to plan your time better so you can study and have fun, how to stay calm before an exam, what to say in an interview….and loads more.
