What is Naviance?
The Naviance platform is a student-facing portal that students will use in grades 6-12 for a wide variety of academic planning purposes. Beginning in grade 6, students will select their next year courses, participate in career exploration, and track academic plans. Every student has their own login through Leander Launchpad. Parents and guardians have their own logins to their child's accounts. Parents

Parents and guardians can now access their child's Naviance account via their own parent account. Reference the email sent September 15, 2025 for your login code. Naviance Parent Email
Course Selection Process
Review all information below. Pay attention to your appropriate grade.
Review your student's course selections in Naviance. Don't forget to go to the Tryout & Audition Information Section and complete any necessary forms there. Cheer and Majestics have mandatory parent meetings in addition to tryouts.
Submit via Google form by January 30, 2026. (Students will need to be logged into their LISD account to complete the Google Form)
Complete all applications/tryout/auditions as applicable by the deadline established by the teacher or coach (watch this space for additional information.) Be sure to complete the forms for ALL classes that you may want to be considered for. Some classes will fill up. If your 2nd or 3rd choice class requires an enrollment form, you want to complete these as well by the January 30th deadline.
