Craft Club
Interest Form - ONLY STUDENTS CAN VIEW THIS;
Please ask your student to log in to their LISD Google account to fill out the form.
Parents, please be sure to give permission for your child to participate in clubs when you complete your registration online.
Craft Club will meet Monday mornings from 8:20 - 8:50, about twice a month (see schedule).
Sometimes, the whole session will be learning one craft, like loom knitting, or making one seasonal craft (like diamond painting ornaments).
Other times, you can work on ongoing crafts, like building a 3D model, or crochet, or a puzzle - and everyone can be doing different things at the same time.
Meet at the front doors by 8:19 to be let in before the doors officially open for school. If you arrive after 8:19, you can still come in to Craft Club at 8:35.
You must sign up (see the interest form above - it's ONLY FOR STUDENTS TO VIEW) to attend craft club, and your parents must give you club permission on your registration forms to participate.
We are looking for donations of yarn and 3D models (Lego, cardboard, metal - any models that don't require power tools to assemble and they have all the parts included).
Dates:
Sept 14th - Loom Knitting only
Sept 28th - Loom Knitting only
October 5th - Loom Knitting with model building
October 19th - Loom Knitting or crochet with model building
No meeting Oct. 26 due to book fair
Nov. 9th - Craft TBD - maybe puzzle contests? student input will guide us
Nov. 16th - Craft TBD
No meeting Nov. 30
Dec. 7th - Diamond painting ornaments or magnets only
Dec. 14 - student choice
Jan. 11 & Jan. 25 - Craft TBD
Feb. 1, 8, and 22 - Craft TBD

Library Club
Meets 8:20 - 8:53 about one Friday each month (see schedule below).
Arrive at the front doors by 8:19 to be let in, or join us at 8:35 if you arrive afterward.

Summer Reading
Please plan to return any CRMS Library books you borrowed for summer reading - you can bring them back the first week of school.
