CRMS does not have a full-time on-site campus technologist this school year.
The library DOES NOT have resources to support technology issues or replace chargers, etc.
The BEST thing you can do if you are having technology issues is to submit a Help ticket: https://leanderisd.incidentiq.com/
Sometimes a technologist can help you remotely. The earlier you put in a ticket, the sooner you can get support.
You can also try calling the Help Desk from campus at x10566, or have a teacher or classmate create a help ticket for you if you can't log on to the ticket service.
There may be delays in technology service this year because we lost technologists due to budget cuts. Please take extra good care of your devices and chargers.
