Boys and Girls State
Boys and Girls State is a prestigious national program open to high achieving juniors for training future leaders and for instilling a deep, foundational knowledge of American government.
Students will work at public speaking, persuasion, negotiation and leadership. Financial sponsorship is provided for those who qualify.
Boys State
The Virginia Boys State session will be held at Radford University June 19-25, 2022. Eligibility is limited to outstanding young men of the junior class who possess and demonstrate leadership, character and honesty.

Girls State
Girls State will be held at Longwood University on June 16-22, 2024.
