I am sorry to say that I am unable to change passwords.
Before calling LCPS Tech Support to change your scholar's password, please read the Logins page - different, but similar, logins are required for different sites. The most common problem on personally owned devices occurs when more than one person is logged in to google at the same time. If you can log in through an incognito window, that was the problem.
