If you can't log in on a personal device, check that no one else is logged in with a google account. If you want the no-fuss solution, open an incognito tab (Ctrl + Shift + N) and log in from within that tab. For a long-term solution, see the page on Google Apps.
LCPS Go! is your easy access to learning apps like abcYa, Starfall, iStation, and all your other apps. On personally owned devices, we recommend logging into LCPS Go before doing any school work.
Username: Student ID number (like 1234567)
Password: (it's a secret, but if you've never changed it, it's a four digit number made up of your birth month and day, so April 15 would be 0415)
If you know your password already, please follow the steps to setup password recovery to make resetting your password easier in the future. Instructions are below, under "Help, I forgot my LCPS Go password!"
In order to access the google apps or to install a chrome extension, you will need to login to google.
Username: Student ID number plus @lcps.org (1234567@lcps.org)
Password: same as LCPS Go! password
You'll need to contact your teacher if you've forgotten your iStation username or password. Remember to type MCCS and choose our school as your domain when you log in.
The classroom teacher who assigned work in an online resource can usually help you with the login information for that resource.
Call LCPS Tech Support at (571)252-2112 (between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday) and ask them to help you reset your LCPS Go password. (Passwords for class resources can usually be reset by your classroom teacher. LCPS can only reset the LCPS password.)
After that, follow these directions to set up password recovery to make it easier to reset your password in the future.
Click on the person icon in the upper right corner
Click on "My Profile"
Click on "Password Recovery Setup" in the left hand menu (second from the bottom).
Answer the questions and follow the directions - don't use your school email address, because if you're locked out, you won't get the reset email.
