Use the Chrome Browser. If anyone besides the student is logged into it, log out by clicking on this link that logs you out of google just by clicking on it.
The person icon in the upper right should be gray, or when you hover over it, should display your scholar’s google account (studentID@lcps.org).
2. Go to the LCPS Go login page.
You can also find it on the LCPS.org home page (and bookmark it).
3. Log in with your student ID number and password.
Logging into LCPSGo on an iPad looks different than on a computer. Here is how to log in correctly:
Download the ClassLink App from the app store.
2. If you do not see the words LCPS GO, then click the back arrow to get to the search screen
3. Search for Loudoun and choose the "Loudoun County Public SD" Option.
Now, login with your student ID number and password. just like at school.
It's a great idea to set up password recovery so that you can change or reset your student's password if you need to. You can only do this while logged in to LCPS Go.
1. While logged into LCPS Go, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select "Password Recovery Setup" from the menu on the left side of the "My Profile" window and follow the directions.
For the email address, don't use your student's school address, because if you don't know the password, you won't be able to use it to get your reset link.
Once you've done this, you will be able to use the "Help, I've forgotten my password" link on the LCPS Go login page to reset your own password, without having to call Tech Support.
