Who We Are
EMU is a small private Christian university located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. We offer over 50 programs of study including our top programs: Nursing, Engineering, STEM, Education, and Applied Social Sciences. 99% of our students received financial aid and we offer Merit based and departmental scholarships.

We offer 30+ clubs and organizations, our mascot is the EMU Royals Lion named "Herm," our average class size is 15 students with a 10:1 student to professor ratio! Our CAC club offers free skiing/snowboarding during the winter AND free kayaking during the Fall and Spring semester! We also have a ton of events during the year that offer free food, bowling, ice skating, and dances!
