The Report

The Written Report

The Report must include:

• A title page
• Table of Contents
• Body of the report
• Bibliography (MLA format)
• Appendices (including Process Journal extracts)

The title page includes:

• Student name
• Title of project
• Word count
• School name
• Year

The body of the report has four sections. It must follow this exact order with these exact headings:

• Investigating (Criterion A)
• Planning (Criterion B)
• Taking Action (Criterion C)
• Reflecting (Criterion D)

The length of the report must not exceed 3500 words (not including Bibliography/Appendices)
