Mr. Magana's class explored the use of Podcasts done through the Soundtrap App digital tool to document students' study of Benchmark Universe ELA unit on US historical events and people.

Using their Benchmark Universe 5th grade Unit 1 readings in ELA and Social Studies, students had the choice and then the voice to create a Podcast of their choice guided by a rubric and a checklist which they used to learn how to compose a Podcast and conduct interviews and oral representations of their learning.
