MCaS is the method of online payment for school trips, clubs, school dinners, activities and wraparound childcare. In all instances payment should be made in advance of any activity, club or childcare.
If you wish to pay for clubs via childcare vouchers, you should calculate the amount of sessions you require in advance of each term and request the payment via your childcare provider. Once this is received in school, it will be loaded onto your account as credit to enable you to book the sessions you require for the next term.
Details relating to information for activities and trips will be posted on MCaS, as well as communicated via either school or class dojo. You will need to consent online before your child takes part, by ticking the appropriate box. Letters detailing all usernames and passwords to access MCaS are sent home when your child starts the Academy. Purchases of uniform items, wraparound childcare and school production tickets are also all accessed via MCaS.
