Preparation Schedule (dates accurate within two weeks)

• Publication of the handbook and registration form – already available! ✔️

• Sending group sheets and creating group channels on Discord – April 30, 2026

• Closing the list of groups attending the larp – the exact date will be announced later

• Sending character sheets – July 20, 2026

• End of registrations – June 14, 2026

• Live Q&A session on Discord – at least one week after the character sheets are sent

Event schedule

On Thursday, before the start of the larp, there will be additional workshops for beginners and mandatory workshops for all participants. A detailed schedule will be published up to one month before the start of the game. 

Preparations for the game

Pack as you would for a larp and a multi-day camping trip out of town at the same time, keeping in mind that:

• the larp lasts three days - from Thursday to Saturday, therefore you need items of ingame clothing (such as shirts) for a change of clothes

• the weather in September can be varied - from sunny heat to torrential downpours and cold nights

• The Fantasy Village lies in the Foothills – you can expect mud on the unpaved paths and constantly wet shoes from the morning dew.

We won't include a full list of things to pack here, but essentials are:

• An outfit and footwear to match the weather and terrain, as well as headdress that fits the character (not much shade in the game area)

• A towel, flip-flops and toiletries (including sunscreen and mosquito repellent) and a theme-fitting bag, in which you can hide your toiletries when going to the shower (also useful for other things)

• atmospheric lighting (preferably an electric lantern or electric candle, no fire)

• a pouch for in-game coins that can be stolen and something to hold separately off-game money/cards that cannot be stolen

• cash (polish zlotys) - will be used to pay at inn for alcohol and kvass, as well as for some items at crafters stalls.

• a sleeping bag (and something to cover the non-immersive bedding during the day so it doesn’t stand out)

• take any medication you normally use, especially antihistamines.

Location

Transport

Larp takes place in Wioska Fantasy, nearPrzemyślem. Address is Kuńkowce 167c.

Car

The easiest way to get there is by car, so closer to the game we will help players arrange shared transport. An unattended parking area will be available for the duration of the game.

Train/bus

The nearest city with numerous train and bus connections is Przemyśl, from which the easiest way to reach the Village is by taxi (about 9 km). You can also take a bus (the nearest stop is Kuńkowce – Tartak), but it runs infrequently.

Organized transport to and from Rzeszów

If there is sufficient interest, we will also organize optional paid transport from Rzeszów Airport and the Rzeszów railway station. You will be able to indicate your initial interest in this option in the form you receive after purchasing your ticket.

Accommodation

Players will stay overnight in cottages, assigned based on the preferences indicated in the form and the groups to which their characters belong.

Sleeping Areas

Sleeping areas (cottages, canvas-roof cabins - so-called sveny - and tents) are equipped with beds or bunks with a mattress, a pillow, and a wool blanket to cover the bedding. Participants should bring their own sleeping bag.

All sleeping areas will have access to electricity.

Sanitary Facilities

Public toilets are located in several places across the game area. Showers are in the pavilion next to the parking lot, outside the game area.

There is hot water in the sinks and showers.

Bathrooms and toilets will be cleaned daily

Meals

The ticket price includes meals from Thursday dinner, through breakfast and dinner on Friday and Saturday, to breakfast on Sunday. The food will be adapted to the dietary requirements provided in the registration forms.

Tap water is safe to drink without boiling.

Alcohol

Alcohol will be available at the tavern with additional fee.

Shops

The nearest grocery store is around 2 km away. 

Craftspeople & Trade

During the game, it will be possible to buy items and food from craftspeople and vendors running stalls. Some items will be available for in-game currency, while others can be purchased for Polish złoty, which it’s worth preparing in advance.

If you have an idea for a small business your character could run at a stall, write to us.

Off-game

Sleeping areas, all toilets and showers, the parking lot, and the designated smoking area next to it are off-game. Any other off-game areas will be clearly marked.

Cigarettes and Pipes 

Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is allowed only outside the game area. Period-appropriate pipes may be smoked within the game area, but only in open spaces, not inside buildings.
