The Best of the Best FTC Robots in Texas gathered at the Alamodome Tuesday, in San Antonio, Texas for the Texas UIL Robotic Championships. Fifty teams representing 1A to 6A High Schools all competing for top honors in UIL. The J.W. Nixon, Light Horse Robotics Team was one of those teams. With only hope and determination, Team Light Horse played their matches. At the end of the day the team had not lost a single match, and had the highest score of the day, and had come out victorious, winning the Texas State UIL First Division Robotics Championship. The Team also earned the UIL Robot Innovation Award, for outstanding genesis of innovation, differentiation functionality and robustness. Congratulations to Team Light Horse Robotics, may the horse be with you!
