FDAMH
FDAMH's Young Person’s Service aims to provide early and preventative mental health support to young people aged 13-24 (26 if care experienced) in Falkirk.
Support can be provided in the following ways:

At various times, including the early evenings

Kooth
Kooth is a free, anonymous wellbeing community which has a range of feature s and tools to support you when you need advice or just aren't feeling your best.
You will find:
A chat option which will link to the kooth team via message or live chat
A discussion board
Daily journals and goal setting
An activity hub with lots of useful activites
A magazine with helpful articles
Togetherall - 16+
Togetherall is an online mental health and wellbeing service for people aged 16-26. It provides anonymous and free online support in a safe community environment, alongside courses and resources. Members can connect with peers who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings, and keep track of their own thoughts and feelings in an online journal.
The service is clinically managed and professionally moderated 24 hours a day by a team of registered mental health practitioners called Wall Guides. Members of Togetherall can also start a conversation at any time with a Wall Guide for further support.
Shout
Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope. They engage with people who are anxious, stressed, depressed, suicidal or overwhelmed and who need immediate support.
Trained volunteers are there 24/7 to listen and support you to get to a calmer and safe place. It won’t appear on your phone bill.

Equally Safe
Barnardo’s, Aberlour & Falkirk Council are working to reduce the impact of domestic abuse by:
Partnering with survivors & children, giving them a voice & helping them to stay safe
Working with those who cause harm to understand the impact of their behaviour
Providing Safe & Together training for professionals

Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing Service
Falkirk Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing Service provides early and preventative support to children and young people aged 5 - 26 who may be struggling with issues such as maintaining healthy and positive relationships, staying safe online, low self-esteem and poor body image. The service also offers parenting support for children and young people of all ages.
