Education
What is Education?
Ever wondered what it'd be like to work in a school?
Education focuses on supporting a wide range of individuals to improve their knowledge and enhance their skills. The most obvious example is through school, where every pupil will learn a range of different subjects from teachers likes Maths, English, Science and more.
However, education does not end when you leave school and can continue at college, university or through an apprenticeship or training programme. This is vital to ensure that each new generation is able to grow and develop their skillset and will ultimately, help them to identify the most suitable career pathway that is right for them.
Why is it important?
Contributing to a person's development is a big responsibility as it is absolutely essential that pupils grow into mature young adults ready to take on the world of work.
Good education will encourage individuals to think carefully about their choices, research their ideas in greater detail and challenge their current assertions as well as their level of drive to continue their studies.
