LAKESIDE LEGACY PROGRAM

Students at Lakeside have the opportunity to take a variety of concurrent credit college courses beginning in the ninth grade.  In addition, students also have the opportunity to obtain an associate of arts degree from National Park College by taking a specific set of concurrent credit courses.

In order to be eligible for a college credit course, students must apply to National Park College and meet college requirements for admission.  Test scores from the ACT or ACCUPLACER are used to determine whether or not a student may enroll in a college course.

Students must have this appropriate score on file prior to registration for these courses.

For math courses, students must make the cut scores in math and reading.

For English Comp I and II, students must make the cut score in English and reading.

For ALL other courses, students must make the cut score in reading only.
