The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with business management principles so that they are equipped to advance to managerial roles within their chosen career fields.
Course Description
Management is designed to prepare students for managerial careers. Students will study the value of soft skills in the business environment. Other topics will include: the role of a manager in a business organization, government regulations, information and communication systems and the use of technology, business finance principles, product/service development, production, marketing, distribution, pricing, and human resource management.
