Your LSS email address can be found in Skyward. Once you have logged into your account select Employee Information > Personal Information to view your email address.
In order to request a new Google (LSS Email) Password, please complete a request in Incident IQ
Navigate to New Ticket > User Accounts > Google Account > Employee Google password reset requested
You will first need to make sure you have access to Skyward. If you are unable to access Skyward, see the next help tip. If you are a new hire, see these instructions.
Skyward employee access can be found here. Your username is, in most cases, the first initial of your first name followed by your last name. If you have never logged in, your password is set as the last 4 digits of your social security number.
If you are logged into your LSS email select "forgot password" and follow the instructions emailed to you. If you do not recieve an email, or are not logged in, please email HR@lakelandk12.org for a temporary password reset.

Incident IQ uses Google Single Sign On (SSO). You can access Incident IQ with your LSS Google account.
