- 12-14 oz tomato paste
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp onion or onion powder
- 1 tsp unrefined sea salt (finely ground)
- Place all of the ingredients in a small pot/pan and whisk together
- Place the pot/pan full of the ingredients on the stove and bring to a boil
- Reduce the heat and let simmer until reduced to the preferred consistency
- Store in a fridge
