Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 Egg
• 1c Buttermilk
• 1tbsp Safflower oil
• 2/3c Baking powder
• 1/2tsp Baking soda
• 1tbsp Sugar
• 1 Pinch of Salt

Instructions

1. Whisk the buttermilk and egg together, then sift and mix in the dry ingredients.
2. Heat a griddle to 350-370 degrees F, and coat with a bit of oil.
3. Using a serving spoon, pour circles of the batter onto the griddle
4. flip the cakes once they start to bubble, and the bottom side is golden brown
5. Enjoy!
