Managing documentation in a large volunteer organisation with many committees and working groups is a challenge. 

We use shared Google Docs accounts and folders to create and store documents with. 

If you are a member seeking information - please use this site and the menu navigation to locate documentation shared to all members.

If you are in a committee or working group that creates and maintains documents (whether for shared member access or committee meeting notes and working documents), the following information provides an overview of the folder structure. For many of these folders you will need to have been added with permissions to view and edit  - please contact the office for assistance.

Lady Nelson Documentation Folders

NOTE:  

• The lady Nelson office and Board have it's own office related documentation under the enquries@ladynelson.org.au account. 

• All documentation for sharing with members, committees and working groups is managed under the admin@ladynelson.org.au account.

• LN Shared Member Docs   - open access member documentation for everyone (see below)

• LN Committees & Groups - restricted access folders for each committee or working group

• LN Media Library - images for use in marketing, website and any other promotional use

• LN Public Shared - for sharing outside of the Lady Nelson organisation
