Welcome to the 2026 Benefits Open Enrollment process! We are proud to offer benefits that surpass industry standards and rank in the top 10% of plans offered by K-12 organizations across the west coast region. Our goal is to provide Alliance Staff and their loved ones with a great benefits experience, focused on supporting physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing --- so we can deliver an exceptional educational experience for our scholars, together.
All staff premium costs for medical, dental, vision will remain the same in 2026. For the fourth consecutive year, Alliance is absorbing 100% of the increased costs from our insurers.
We continue to offer zero-cost health insurance options for the entire family – employee, employee + spouse/partner, and employee + family.
Effective January 1, 2026, Alliance is introducing 8 weeks of paid parental leave at 100% of pay. All full-time employees will be automatically enrolled after 12 months of service. Detailed plan information will be provided in December.

Attend live or recorded Information Sessions.
Make a 10-minute 1:1 online appointment with a member of the benefits team during our office hours.
Follow the prompts to select the options you want.
Once you complete the full enrollment process, we encourage you to print or save a copy of your confirmation.
If you do not reach the end of the process, your current benefit elections for 2025 will roll over into 2026.* We encourage you to confirm your elections in Workday even if you want everything to roll over.
* Health Savings Account employee contribution elections do not roll over from year to year, and will default to $0 without an active election for 2026.
Important: 2025 Anthem HMO Participants who are transitioning to Blue Shield must re-enter their primary care provider when completing the open enrollment task in Workday. Instructions for completing this step are included in the task.
