Eligible school staff are automatically enrolled in retirement, disability, and survivor benefits through state pension programs that provide retirement, disability, and survivor benefits. Members of the these pension programs are entitled to a guaranteed lifetime monthly retirement benefit. All school staff are also eligible to participate in our voluntary 403(b) program.
