Attend your New Hire Benefit Orientation session in your first week of employment.
Ask questions during the orientation session or make a 1:1 appointment with a member of the benefits team by emailing hr@laalliance.org.
Navigate to your Workday inbox, and select the task named Enroll in Benefits.
Follow the prompts to select the options you want.
Once you complete the full enrollment process, we encourage you to print or save a copy of your confirmation.
