Here is the process:
Turn in your permission forms to attend the event -
Each attendee will need a permission form authorized by parents (forms will be available in January)
Permission forms are due to the Student Life Center either digitally or or in-person before tickets can be purchased.
Non-KSH guests will need to submit a photo I.D. to confirm age. All Prom guests need to be 18 years old or younger.
Purchase yours and your guests tickets on the KSH GoFan page
Please make sure the name of the KSH senior or junior and their guest is accurate. Only current KSH seniors or juniors can purchase tickets. A code will be issued to KSH seniors and juniors after they submit their permission form. That unique code must be inputted into GoFan to be able to purchase tickets.
Please make sure to input the students correct @imua.ksbe.edu email address.
KSH junior or senior student tickets cost $50**
Guest tickets (KSH freshmen or sophomores or non-KSH guest 18 years or under) are $60 (or $110 total)**
The ticket for the guest must be purchased at the same time as purchasing the KSH Junior or Senior host ticket.
All Tickets need to be purchased by March 11, 2027.
** does not include a GoFan processing fee
Table selections will happen after all tickets have been purchased and will take place the first full week of April.
There are only 300 tickets that will be available for sale. Tickets are not transferrable, however, if capacity is reached, a waitlist will be made available for those looking to purchase tickets if cancellations happen.
Juniors and Seniors may be able to switch guests due to unforeseen circumstances with an updated permission form, subject to approval by Administration.
If there is a question about any of the guidelines and expectations, including proper attire, it is the student’s responsibility to see Administration BEFORE purchasing their ticket.
Purchasing a ticket is an agreement to abide by all guidelines and expectations of attending this KS-Sponsored, After-Hours Event and submitting all forms and purchasing tickets ON-TIME.
Final table layout will be determined following the close of ticket sales. A link to reserve seats will been emailed to attendees at a set day and time during the first full week of April.
You are only reserving for the table. Not your actual seat. As the dinner will be a buffet, there is no need to make an individual seat reservation.
Once you receive the link to select your table:
You should only adjust your name and the name of your guest. History of changes will be monitored if there is a discrepency.
You can make changes to your seat location as needed. Though do not adjust any other attendees.
As this is an after-hours activity, permission forms will need to be completed and turned in before tickets can be purchased for the event.
Permission forms will be available in digital or hard copy and can be submitted electronically or in-person to the Student Life Center.
If bringing a non-KSH guest, a photo I.D. of the guest will need to be submitted along with that permission form.
A confirmation of receipt of permission forms will be sent in April to haumāna and designated ʻohana contacts.
If you are under 18, and are driving to the event, consider getting your makua to sign this form so you remain in compliance with County statues.
Forms will be emailed when Prom is announced in January 2027
