Here is the process:
Purchase yours and your guests tickets on the KSH GoFan page (Ticket sales will open following the Prom meeting on Thursday, February 26 during Hoʻōla).
Please make sure the name of the KSH senior or junior and their guest is accurate. Only current KSH seniors or juniors can purchase tickets. A code will be issued to all KSH seniors and juniors prior to the opening of ticket sales which must be inputted into GoFan to be able to purchase tickets.
Please make sure to input the students correct @imua.ksbe.edu email address.
KSH junior or senior student tickets cost $50**
Guest tickets (KSH freshmen or sophomores or non-KSH guest 18 years or under) are $60 (or $110 total)**
There will be two options -
Single ticket for KSH Juniors and Seniors (if your date is a KSH Junior or Senior, we recommend purchasing tickets separately)
OR
With a Guest (A KSH Junior or Senior must purchase the ticket). The ticket for the guest must be purchased at the same time as purchasing the KSH Junior or Senior host ticket.
Tickets need to be purchased by March 13, 2026.
** does not include a GoFan processing fee
You will receive a link via Google Sheets to select your table for the event. See more information about Table Selection below.
Turn in your permission forms to attend the event -
Each attendee will need a permission form authorized by parents
Permission forms are due to the Student Life Center by Friday, March 13, 2026
Non-KSH guests will need to submit a photo I.D. to confirm age. All Prom guests need to be 18 years old or younger.
There are only 344 tickets that will be available for sale on GoFan. Tickets are not transferrable, however, if capacity is reached, a waitlist will be made available for those looking to purchase tickets if cancellations happen.
Juniors and Seniors will not be allowed to switch guests or seat selections unless approved by Administration due to unforeseen circumstances.
If there is a question about any of the guidelines and expectations, including proper attire, it is the student’s responsibility to see Administration BEFORE purchasing their ticket.
Purchasing a ticket is an agreement to abide by all guidelines and expectations of attending this KS-Sponsored, After-Hours Event and submitting all forms ON-TIME.
Prom has a maximum capacity of 344 attendees. There will be 43 tables (34 inside and 9 outside) available for seat reservations.
The table chart is only an approximation of location and table locations may change depending on the number of attendees. Though, location (inside vs. outside) will not change if per preferences.
You are only reserving for the table. Not your actual seat. As the dinner will be a buffet, there is no need to make an individual seat reservation.
Once ticket purchases have been made, you will be given editing access to a Google Sheet
You should only adjust your name and the name of your guest. History of changes will be monitored if there is a discrepency.
You can make changes to your seat location as needed. Though do not adjust any other guests.
As this is an after-hours activity, permission forms will need to be completed and turned in by March 13, 2026 to confirm your attendance at the event.
Permission forms will be available in digital or hard copy and can be submitted electronically or in-person to the Student Life Center.
If bringing a non-KSH guest, a photo I.D. of the guest will need to be submitted along with that permission form.
A confirmation of receipt of permission forms
If you are under 18, and are driving to the event, consider getting your makua to sign this form so you remain in compliance with County statues.
