PROM IS SCHEDULED FOR:

SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2026
6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Check-In: 5:45 p.m.)

NANI MAU GARDENS
(421 Makalika Street Hilo, HI 96720)

TICKET SALES WILL BE ON SALE ON 2/26 VIA GOFAN

Tickets are $50 for each KSH Junior or Senior student; or $110 with a Guest (KSH grades 9-10; non-KSH students 18 and under)
(Plus a processing fee through GoFan) 

Purchase tickets by Friday, March 13, 2026
Turn in permission forms no later than Friday, April 3, 2026 at 3 p.m.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS ON APRIL 25, 2026*

• 5:45 p.m.  - CHECK-IN OPENS

• 6:00 p.m. - Event officially begins

  • • • • • Buffet opens

          • DJ Music and dancing from 6 -7:30 p.m. Request a song (Open through April 3).

          • Photo Booth open

• 6:30 p.m. - All attendees are required to be checked in by this time. Anyone not checked in will have their makua notified of non-/late attendance.

• 7:30 p.m. - Live Band 

• 8:30 p.m. - Announcement of Prom King & Queen and dance

• 8:30 p.m. - Departures allowed

• 9:00 p.m.  - Event pau

Kalua Pork
Korean Chicken
Island Mixed Greens
White Rice
Dessert - Assorted Pastries

Drinks: Water, Fruit Punch, and Iced Tea

Our Prom committee is also working on some additional surprises for the night.
