Each job is a series of emails and/or documents that have been sent to a series of customers. You can view the details of each job, find information on each document and customer in the job, and more.

Here you can view your recurring payments waiting to be processed, exceptions to those payments, and payment history.
Want your customers who are receiving printed mail to start receiving emails? Simply check the email box when creating a campaign. Here you can schedule a series of emails to go to a specific group of customers. Name your campaign to make it unique. Choose when to automatically start the campaign. Put it on recurring so it works for you and saves you time.

Email and Print Mode ON/Print Only Mode
This indicates whether it's on print only mode or not. Print only will override customer preferences and other settings so that documents only print.
Email is Paused/Email is ON
This means that whenever you send emails, it won’t get past your Emails Ready to be Sent page and actually send. Instead, it will queue up the emails you wish to send, and you will have to unpause Emails to send them. This gives you enough time to look over the outgoing emails for anything that you think needs to be changed. To unpause emails, you can do so on the Company Settings page. You will know it is unpaused when you save your changes and the System Status reads “Email is ON.”
