XC 2025-2026

Bearden Elementary School’s cross country team participated in a season filled with dedication, teamwork, and perseverance. Students trained regularly to build endurance, practice pacing, and strengthen their running techniques. The program emphasized healthy habits, goal setting, and sportsmanship, aligning with Tennessee state standards for physical education by promoting lifelong fitness and personal responsibility. Through practices and meets, runners learned the value of persistence, encouraged one another, and celebrated both individual progress and team achievements. The experience fostered confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of community among the athletes.
