How long have we been “educating” children under the age of 7? Why did this early education start and upon what principles was early education based? Join us as we discuss this “new” theory of nature-based learning. We will discuss how engaging all of the senses through natural nature play can empower children to follow their passions, and grow and learn at their own developmental level, while igniting a lifelong love of learning. Take home with you authentic strategies to incorporate natural nature play into your curriculum for next year….and a nice pair of woolen socks, because learning outside in Wisconsin can be chilly.
