Choose the resource you’d like to share.
If it’s a document (PDF, Word, PPT), download a copy.
If it’s already online (like a blog post or publication), copy the URL.
🧠 Why we ask for documents (when possible):
We store a local backup in the KM4Dev Shared Drive to ensure long-term access, even if the original disappears.
You can use the Resource Card Builder to generate a summary card for your resource. This step is optional — the Editorial Board can do it for you.
Using the builder gives you more control over how your contribution is presented.
After the resource is published, you’ll have a chance to review and adjust the final card if needed.
Email 📬 kstoolkit@googlegroups.com with:
The resource card text (if you used the builder) — include all language versions if available.
Either:
The document as an attachment (max 8MB), or
A link to the online version, which is preferred when available, because it allows the Toolkit to credit the original publisher and provide both the source link and a backup copy.
