The KS Toolkit Contest is live! Help us test and improve the toolkit by submitting methods, sharing resources, or reviewing existing content.
Locate the resource you’d like to share.
If it’s a document (PDF, Word, PPT), download a copy to your computer.
If it’s a web-only resource (like a website or blog post), just copy the URL.
🧠 Why we ask for documents (when possible):
We prefer documents because we can archive them in the KM4Dev Shared Drive — which means they’ll still be accessible even if the original link disappears or the source is moved.
Open the Resource Card Builder and:
Upload the document or paste the URL of the resource.
Copy the resource card it generates — in English, or in all languages provided.
Then, take a moment to review the card:
Is the summary clear and helpful?
Is the “Who it’s for” section accurate?
Are the keywords relevant and focused?
If you’re familiar with the resource, feel free to refine the text — especially the summary, audience, and keywords — to make it sharper and more useful to others.
Send an email to 📬 kstoolkit@googlegroups.com with:
The resource card text in the body of the email
👉 If the card was generated in multiple languages, feel free to include all versions.
The document attached, or the URL pasted if the resource is online-only
✉️ Here’s a simple template for your email:
Subject: Resource for the Knowledge Sharing Toolkit
Hi,
Please find below a new knowledge sharing resource to include in the collection.
[Paste the text of the resource card text here]
I've attached the document for archiving.
Thanks!

Your submission will be reviewed by a small team of editors. If everything looks good, they’ll upload the document to the KM4Dev Shared Drive (if applicable), check and finalize the resource card, and add it to the collection.
Thanks for helping strengthen the Toolkit — and for supporting open, collective knowledge sharing!
