The KS Toolkit Contest is live! Help us test and improve the toolkit by submitting methods, sharing resources, or reviewing existing content.
One of the most valuable ways to contribute to the KS Toolkit is by sharing your real-world experiences using a specific method or tool. These stories help surface tacit knowledge — the kind that's often hard to write down, but incredibly helpful to others.
Your insights, examples, and lessons from practice can help others:
Understand how a method works in real settings
Avoid common pitfalls
Discover new ways of adapting and applying tools
Even a short story or tip can make a big difference.
We've made it simple and even a little fun to share your story:
Use our Reflection Partner (GPT assistant)
It guides you through a quick, intuitive process to reflect and write up your story.
No need to worry about formatting or structure — just follow the prompts.
Send your story
Email the result to kstoolkit@googlegroups.com
Our editorial board will review it and publish it under the relevant article.
We encourage you to give the Reflection Partner a chance. If you’d rather add your story directly:
Open the article for the method or tool you used
Scroll to the section titled “Examples and Stories” and/or “Tips and Lessons Learned”
Add your experience using Suggesting mode
Send a quick email to kstoolkit@googlegroups.com
In the email, include the link to the article and a short message like:
“Hi, I added my story and tips to the [Article Title] page.”
This helps the Editorial Board review and publish your story.
Thank you for helping grow the Toolkit by sharing what you’ve learned from the field. Your story may be just what someone else needs to move forward with confidence.
If you’re ready to share your story, find a method or tool that you have adopted in the past:
