The KS Toolkit Contest is live! Help us test and improve the toolkit by submitting methods, sharing resources, or reviewing existing content.
The KS Toolkit Contest - initially planned from April to July 2025 - has been extended until November 2025, giving everyone more time to explore the toolkit, use its methods in real contexts, and contribute to its growth.
You can get involved in different ways depending on your time, interest, and experience level:
These are always open—not just during the contest—and are the foundation of how the toolkit evolves:
Improve an existing article – Suggest edits, add tips or resources, or help clarify language directly in the Google Docs.
Submit a new method or tool – Use the AI Article Writer to help draft a new method, even in your native language.
Share a story or lesson learned – Use the Reflections Partner GPT to turn your practical experience into a short case study.
Suggest external resources – Contribute links to toolkits, guides, or references that others may find useful.
👉 See how to do each of these on the “Get Involved” page
To stay connected, join our open community space:
👉 KS Toolkit Champions Group on Dgroups.io
This is a light-touch, informal group where contributors exchange ideas, test methods, and support each other. It started during the contest and grew into a real community within the KM4Dev ecosystem.
There’s no formal commitment—you simply make a soft pledge to stay engaged, attend clinics when you can, and share feedback or ideas when you have them.
The Editorial Board is the volunteer team behind the scenes. It reviews contributions, manages content, and steers the direction of the Toolkit.
Unlike the Champions Group, this is a more structured role. Members serve six-month terms and commit to regular involvement.
📘 Read the Editorial Board Charter to learn more about what’s involved
To join the Editorial Board, first join the KS Toolkit Champions Group on Dgroups.io, then email the Editorial Board at kstoolkit@googlegroups.com.
