First Internal Assessment of the course will be a review of a DH project. The assessment will be held on 23 April 2026
Second Internal Assessment of the course will be a project proposal for a suitable DH project. The candidate should develop the plan in consultation with the instructor. Last date for submission of the project is 11 June 2026. More details will be discussed in the classroom.
Tentatively there will be provision for two writing assignments on
Unit I, Subunit I on 26 Mar 2026 (online) and
Unit II, Subunit II on 28 May 2026 (in-class, in-person)

* Inappropriate emails will not be responded to.

* Pronouns: he/his/him; although the course tries to be consciously gender-neutral.
* It is acceptable to use any AI guided writing tools (like Chat GPT) to compose your email, as long as you yourself is able to write a similar email. Use the technology without putting yourself blindly on autopilot. As in real life the responsibility of your actions (read 'writing' in this context) cannot be delegated to 'someone' else.
* Remind.com will be used as a one-way communication from the teacher to students for reminding the basics of the course. Students may use it voluntarily and use of the app is completely optional. If a student does not have reliable access to internet and a smart phone, then she should contact the teacher as soon as possible for an alternative mode.
* However, if someone joins the Remind channel of the course, it would be mandatory for the student to remain updated with all the post and activities mentioned in the channel.
