Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs/Clubs)
At KISU, we believe that learning goes beyond the classroom. Our Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) / clubs are designed to complement academic learning by giving students opportunities to discover new interests and develop talents.
Through a wide range of clubs, sports, arts, and creative programs, CCAs encourage students to explore their passions. Whether it is participating in sports, learning a new language, engaging in music, dance, drama, science or exploring technology and innovation, each activity adds value to a child’s holistic growth.
We encourage every student to take part in CCAs, as they are not only enjoyable but also play a vital role in shaping personal and social development. Some CCAs will be tailored to meet specific student needs.
CCAs are organized in three cycles: Cycle A, Cycle B, and Cycle C.
Registration/Sign-up: All sign-ups will be done through the Parent Portal. If you have not yet received your Parent Portal login details, please contact our IT Department at:

Cycle Registration: Please note that students' names will not carry forward from one cycle to the next. Parents will need to sign up again for each cycle.
CCA Sign-Up and Club Cycle Dates
Cycle A
Sign-up: Opens Monday, 1st Sep 2025 at 9.00 AM and closes Thursday, 4th September 2025 at 7:00 PM
Club Duration: 8th September – 22nd November 2025
Cycle B
Sign-up: Opens Monday, 24th November 2025 and closes Thursday, 27th November 2025
Club Duration: 1st December 2025 – 7th March 2026
Cycle C
Sign-up: Opens Monday, 9th March 2026 and closes Thursday, 12th March 2026
Club Duration: 16th March – 13th June 2026
Please take note of the following guidelines as you sign up for Clubs:
Club lists will be shared before clubs open, giving parents enough time to review and discuss options with their children.
Swimming for KG and Reception:
Children must be accompanied by a parent or nanny at the swimming pool for changing and supervision purposes.
CCA Enrollment Changes:
No further changes will be allowed after registration. Once the cycle starts, switching between clubs will also not be permitted.
Payments:
For your convenience, payments can be made through the following channels :
Directly to club coaches via mobile money (please mention your child’s name and year group when making the transfer), or in person when collecting your child after the club session.
A list of coaches’ phone numbers for mobile money transfers will be provided and will also be displayed at the Reception desk. Please remember to include mobile money withdrawal charges in your payment.
At the Primary Office, Secondary Office, or Reception desk, ensure that your child’s name, class, and club details are clearly indicated.
All payments must be made promptly during the first two sessions/weeks. Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted to participate in CCAs/clubs from the 3rd week.
Refund Policy:
Please note that no refunds will be issued if your child is unable to attend all 10 sessions, as coaches have planned their programs based on the registered number of students.
Collection of Students:
If you arrive early to collect your child, please wait outside the club area to avoid disrupting activities OR collect them from the Key Stage 1 area, as all students will be brought there by the club tutors after the club sessions.
If your child is not participating in a CCA, please ensure they are collected immediately after school.
