Children from our ASD unit "Seoda" used their maths knowledge to measure ingredients for baking!

We used maths game "Prodigy Maths" to work on problem solving. Each child did a placement test and are working at their own level.

Second Class did a maths trail around the school car park! They looked at the colour of the cars and how old they were.

We used the information to make a graph to show the car colours!

Children in Fifth Class were using their maths eyes to discover how many of each colour were in a box of Smarties. The children made predictions before counting.

Pupils enjoyed exploring different shapes, textures and colours found in nature and using them to explore symmetry and pattern to create Mandalas.
