Hour Requirements

A 3-credit Field Period course is a 140-hour experience. At least 120 of those hours should be spent directly with your site, and the remaining 20 hours are for your preparation and reflective learning assignments, including your e-portfolio development. For those doing split experiences, you will do 60 active or site-based hours per experience.
