Online engagement strategies are strategies that are specific to the online teaching and learning environment. Sometimes an adaptation of what takes place in the physical classroom or sometimes something completely different. In 2020, teachers are teaching in complex environments that sometimes are fluidly changing, so being flexible and having materials, resources, and strategies in your back pocket for online or remote learning is almost a necessity. Whether students are in-person and primarily using technology for lesson delivery and submitting assignments, the tools, resources, and strategies you use can still create a dynamic learning environment!
