Compose and record an E.P. (3-4 songs) of original music. Then present your music at a school concert.  Here you will need to organise, promote (using a poster) and design and sell tickets for the concert.  You will need to design an album cover for your EP. There is opportunity for you to be a stage manager, lighting manager and financial manager for the concert.  Students could to MC their part of the event.

The standards which could be used to assess against are:

• US 27656 Music Technology - Demonstrate and apply introductory knowledge of music technology equipment and techniques

• 91092 Music - Compose two original pieces of music 

• 90855 English  - Create a visual text

• 90994 Media Studies - Complete a media product from a design and plan using a specified range of conventions

• 90857 English Oral Text - Construct and deliver an oral text
