Student Information in Tyler
Three portals: Teacher, Student, and Parent.
Two versions: Classic & 360
https://sis.kcpublicschools.org/kc360x3/login
Teacher username: email username
Password: Given by IT or chosen by the teacher
Student username: First name + initial of last name + 4 last Student ID
Password: Birthdate MMDDYYYY
To find student information:
For all students in the same roster use Tyler Classic:
> Click the display roster
> Click the Select Columns to Display icon
> Highlight the appropriate field to display and click the Move Left arrow
> Click Done
> To save the Grid: Click the Grid Option icon > Check Save these options
> Click Done
For an individual student use Tyler 360: Student Summary > Student Details
