KCPS utilizes Clever to bring district and classroom apps into one secure portal and provide single sign on for teachers and students. Students are able to log in using their student username and password. The Clever app icon is located in the ribbon of the Chromebook. Clever allows students to access i-Ready, Discover Education, and Newsela, as well as other apps selected by individual teachers.

Google Sites is a website building platform from Google. Teacher could use Google Sites to create a one-stop hub for their students & parents. Post important resources, syllabi, agendas, tutorials, homework reminders, and discussion forums to make their learning experience go beyond just the classroom. In Google Classroom you just to post assignments.
A HyperDoc is a digital document—such as a Google Doc—where all components of a learning cycle have been pulled together into one central hub. Within a single document, students are provided with hyperlinks to all of the resources they need to complete that learning cycle.
