Microsoft Teams, is a digital hub that brings conversations, meetings, files, and apps together in one place.
To schedule a Teams Meeting open your Outlook email > Click the dots in the top left corner to find the app. Or go to the Search Box > Type Microsoft Teams > Open the App.
The maximum number of participants in a private Teams meeting is 250 .
Teams are available for Classes, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Staff Members, and Anyone, which could be used for clubs or other interest groups.
Every type of team includes a General channel. Teams are made up of two types of channels — standard (available and visible to everyone) and private (focused, private conversations with a specific audience). Each sub channel in the same Team is built around a topic like "Team Events," units, special projects, focused topics or just for fun. Channels are where you hold meetings, have conversations, and work on files together.
Screen sharing on teams only work for desktop, windows, whiteboard, and PowerPoint files.

All new meetings will bring students into Teams as attendees instead of presenters. This will limit what they are able to do. To allow students to share their screens, teachers will need to make them presenters by clicking on them and then clicking “Make a Presenter”
Check if the settings in your computer are correct so teachers and students can see and hear each other.
