District Email Accounts

Teachers and students have Outlook email accounts:

Outlook email: username@kcpublicschools.org

Students:

Student email: username@kcpublicschools.org

The student username is: First name + Initial of last name + 4 last digits of student ID

or S1234567 for students enrolled after June 2021

The password is their birthdate: MMDDYYYY

Students use their student emails to log into their Chromebooks.

Teachers:

The teacher username is: First initial + last name

Teachers when using the DELL computers sign into your Google account using your school email and password.
