JOIN KCRAR AND HMLS

Your first step as a real estate professional is to join KCRAR and Heartland MLS, this is required. 
These memberships will give you access to lockbox keys, Supra One (to set up showings), and MLS (to search and input listings).

Visit the KCRAR website at kcrar.com to become a member.
Then sign up for KCRAR New Member Orientation and Heartland MLS Orientation that will help you navigate
HMLS, iBox Keys and Supra One.

HMLS MATRIX

You will utilize HMLS to search for homes to show buyers, input your listings,
and set your buyers up on a search for homes that meet their criteria.  

MLS ACTIVITY:

Complete the following activity. You have buyers that are looking for homes in the Kansas City area.
Search for homes that meet their criteria and share your search with your broker.
When sharing what you found, take your broker through your search process.

Buyer criteria:

• $350,000-$400,000

• At least 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

• Finished basement

• Fenced yard

• Updated kitchen with pantry

• Good school district

• Walk in closets

Requirements to share with broker:

• Your process for completing your search

• No more than 5 homes for your buyers to look at

• Why you chose those 5 homes

iBox Keys and Supra One

As a member of KCRAR and Heartland MLS, you will be using the Supra lockbox system to access homes. Details on the program and many of the resources can be found on the KCRAR website. The support section on the Supra website offers many FAQ's and help troubleshooting. In addition, KCRAR offers a lease program for the iBoxes.

DOTLOOP

Dotloop is our end-to-end transaction workspace: create “loops,” add people and documents, e-sign, track versions, request compliance review, and store everything in one place. At BHG KCH, Dotloop is our system of record for transaction documentation and compliance review. If it isn’t in the loop, it didn’t happen.

Dotloop is one of the leading e-signature providers in the nation. As an agent with our company, you have a free premium account. You can use Dotloop to send and receive signatures from your clients via email, share documents with co-op agents and more. It’s quick and easy.

The “Greenpages” is a mobile and desktop application that stores our-BHG KCH buyer and seller presentation books and processes for working with buyers and sellers.  You can access the app through OKTA and download it on your phone or desktop
