Kansas Continuing Education Requirements:

12 hours to renew, including at least 3 mandatory hours of Core content. Renewal deadline based on your last renewal; look up here.

Missouri Continuing Education Requirements:

12 hours to renew, including at least 3 mandatory hours of Core content. A minimum 3 hours of Fair Housing Core credit is required for renewal in 2026. MO Salesperson renewal deadline 09/30/2026.

National Association of Realtor's Code of Ethics Requirements:

NAR requires active members to complete a qualifying Realtor Code of Ethics each three year cycle. The current cycle began 01/01/2025 and ends 12/31/2027. A qualifying Realtor Code of Ethics course, including ours listed below, must be completed within that period to maintain Realtor membership.
