NAR requires active members to complete a qualifying Realtor Code of Ethics each three year cycle. The current cycle began 01/01/2025 and ends 12/31/2027. A qualifying Realtor Code of Ethics course, including ours listed below, must be completed within that period to maintain Realtor membership.
