Hello, Hollymead Families!
Two weeks from today we will welcome your children back to our school to begin a new year of learning, connection and community. Our teaching staff returns next week to begin the hard work of preparing for the start of school, and we are all very excited to begin the 2025-26 school year!
Several new teaching staff will be joining Hollymead this year.
Ms. Casey Alexander will be joining us as a full time staff member on the 3rd grade team.
Ms. JoAnn Amburn will be our new Special Education Generalist in place of Ms. Sydney Wicks who will be joining the 1st grade team.
Ms. Regina Anderson will be supporting our students with English Language needs as well as reading support.
Ms. Marla Grubb will be our C-Base Special Education Teacher, with Ms. Casey Celeste moving to be one of our A-Base Special Education teachers.
Ms. Pas Kraisen-Thomas will be our new Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the coming year.
Ms. Robin LoBello will be our new Reading Specialist, with Ms. Liz Player moving to be our Library/Media Specialist
More updates will come weekly between now and the start of school.

Saturday, August 9, 10:00-11:00 - PTO Popsicles on the Playground for New Families
All new families PreK-5th are welcome to connect with PTO and each other!
Monday, August 11, 4:00-6:00 - Open House
Come meet your new teacher, pick up school supplies if you ordered from PTO, and see the school!
Wednesday, August 13 - First Day of School
Arrival is form 7:40-7:55. Classroom instruction will begin at 7:55. It is a full day of school.
